The Trip:
Not too far from home ... went on a lazy some-sun some-drizzle sunday ... a Northern Parula had been spotted there in a flock of fall warblers for the past couple of days ... we had no success ... in fact, very few birds AT ALL !!!! ... just one of those days ... only saw three Anna's Hummingbirds, a couple of Song Sparrows, a Golden-crowned Sparrow, and a couple of Red-tailed Hawks overhead.
