Embden Goose (or hybrid), King's Pond, Vancouver, Washington.
Image taken March 3, 2011.

This goose showed up at Kings Pond sometime in March 2011. It quite possibly is an Embden cross-bred. Pure Embden's are nearly 3 feet high with a long "swan neck", something this goose lacks.
