"Monk Parakeet"
Monk Parakeet:    The Monk Parakeet (Myiopsitta monachus, also known as the "Quaker Parrot") is a species from Argentina and areas of South America which has gone feral in parts of the United States and elsewhere. There is a small colony of three nests in Yacolt, Washington.
